Subdivision Processing Services

The MMSA provides subdivision services & is the subdivision approval authority to 17 municipalities in the Peace Country. The processing of subdivision applications is mainly legislated by the Municipal Government Act and the Subdivision Regulation. The Agency strives to provide our clients with a streamlined process thus ensuring that all facets of the subdivision process are completed in a timely manner.
